SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The shipping provider we use is Australia Post or Australia Post Express. If you live in Australia standard shipping may take between 3-7 business days and express shipping may take between 1-3 business days to deliver.
If you are from a country other than Australia, standard shipping may take between 6-12 business days and express shipping may take between 1-3 business days to deliver.
We do not offer any quicker expedited shipping for international orders other than Australia post express. Charabie is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Charabie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of Australia post and all claims must be filed through them.
We want you to get your order as soon as possible. We therefore try to send your goods so you have them within the following time period:
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and pack your order prior to shipping. Orders may take an additional 3-7 business days to be shipped within Australia. For international orders they may take an additional 6-12 business days to be shipped.
You will receive a tracking number by email for your order, please use this to monitor your shipment so you get it right away.
Charabie is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events and we reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $100 AUD within Australia. For orders under $100 AUD, standard shipping is $12 AUD and express shipping is $20 AUD. International standard shipping is $15 AUD, and express international rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. All prices are in AUD and shipping costs may vary depending on your region.
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. If you refuse a shipment from Charabie, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Charabie.
If your order has not been shipped we can cancel it, please contact us at charabie.service@gmail.com to proceed. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been shipped. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering.
