RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like to return an item purchased on charabie.com, please contact charabie.service@gmail.com and we will be able to issue a return. If approved for a return, all returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days of the request approval. Goods returned must be unused, clean and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We are unable to accept returns beyond the 10 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 10 days may be returned to you. Charabie reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval. Please note that we do not provide free return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please save your tracking number for the return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

You can exchange your item for another size or colour (permitted it is in stock). Contact charabie.service@gmail.com and and we will be able to issue an exchange, Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s).
We will process exchanges within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and we will contact you as soon as your exchange has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.
We’re unable to accept exchanges beyond the 10 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 10 days may be returned to you.

We will process returns within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your bank. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
