ORDERS
All orders/products will be automatically shown in AUD, however the option to change the currency is available.
Our size availability runs from XXS to XXL. We have an international size guide tailored to our items to assist you in picking the correct size. Every model is wearing their regular size. If you have any questions about sizing contact us and we can assist you or check our size guide here.
If your order has not been shipped we can cancel it, please contact us at charabie.service@gmail.com to proceed. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been shipped. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering.
Please email charabie.service@gmail.com right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped we are able to change it, but it is not guaranteed. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and redirect your package.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like to return an item purchased on charabie.com, please contact charabie.service@gmail.com and we will be able to issue a return. If approved for a return, all returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days of the request approval. Goods returned must be unused, clean and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We are unable to accept returns beyond the 10 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 10 days may be returned to you. Charabie reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval. Please note that we do not provide free return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please save your tracking number for the return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

You can exchange your item for another size or colour (permitted it is in stock). Contact charabie.service@gmail.com and and we will be able to issue an exchange, Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s).
We will process exchanges within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and we will contact you as soon as your exchange has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.
We’re unable to accept exchanges beyond the 10 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 10 days may be returned to you.

SHIPPING
We ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
The shipping couriers we use are Australia Post and Australia Post Express.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and pack your order prior to shipping. Orders may take an additional 3-7 business days to be shipped within Australia. For international orders they may take an additional 6-12 business days to be shipped.
We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $100 AUD within Australia. For orders under $100 AUD, standard shipping is $12 AUD and express shipping is $20 AUD. International standard shipping is $15 AUD, and express international rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. All prices are in AUD and shipping costs may vary depending on your region.
